HOBO40 Functional Travel Backpack (40L)

Ordered bag on 1st December 2025, expected delivery was 5th December 2025, no updates on tracking till 6th, I emailed to enquire on the status as I expected to use the bag on my upcoming travel on 13th December. In the email i was told that the olive green color was not availble due to which the bag wasnt sent, but this was communicated to me only after I emailed. I replied that it says green is available on website today, but ok send the black one, but make sure that this is expedited shipping, so i can get the bag asap. The expected delivery is now 12th, which moved to 13th, then 14th, 15th and I finally Received it on 16th Night. Right after I opened the bag, the strings it has at the top were worn off (Please see the picture to this review). And now that I will be travelling again to my work place, I am not sure if this bag will be replaced as I have already communicated the same on the email, but who knows who is actually reading it, the whatsapp support is bad, email is bad, delivery is bad, This was a really pathetic experience, during the entire duration I was replying to the email that I had sent earlier but there was no communication from the carry pro team.
